I'm up again !
After a lot of downtine I'm up again thanx to a great price on a dedicated server.
The machine is incredible:
Intel® Core™ i7-920 Quad-Core with Hyper-Threading
8 GB DDR3 RAM
2 x 750 GB SATA-II HDD (initiall setup in software RAID was raising the load avg. to a continous 1.0)
